Boston, Massachusetts – Litl is pleased to announce today the official release of Woven, its popular photo viewing app, on the Apple iPhone and iPod touch. For anyone who has ever snapped a picture, Woven creates a simple way to relive special memories while browsing photos from Facebook, Picasa, Flickr, Instagram, and other online photo services.
Woven weaves together all of a user's photos, takes advantage of the "touch" interface on modern phones and tablets for effortless viewing, and works both with and without an internet connection. After users link the app to their online photo-sharing sites, they can effortlessly glide through their photos in a single, consolidated photo album, whether on or offline. A built-in uploader additionally makes photos stored locally on the iPhone itself available for convenient viewing within the app.
